💃🏼 Working Out With Kids Over The Summer……..

“I can’t get to the gym over the holidays”

“I will start back in September as the kids are with me alllll the time”

HOME WORKING OUT is a revelation!!!

No travel time, no getting babysitters, no waiting for partners to get home so you can leave, no wasted time waiting for equipment to become free, no lack of consistency (only being able to train when the circumstances are right - kids arnt ill, train isn’t late, partner not home too late……)

🙌 My Tips…….

👉🏻 Wake up earlier, get it done before they are up

👉🏻 Give them a jolly good show!!! They do not think what you think………….

👉🏻 Get them involved - it may seem like chaos to begin with but they eventually couldn’t give a s*it what your doing!!

👉🏻 Embrace it, finding excuses as to why you cannot just keeps you stuck in the same old miserable place!

👉🏻 BE CONSISTENT so that they see it as normal just like you will, repeated action!!!!

👉🏻 Tell them beforehand what will happen - how long, what you will be doing and that it’s going to make mummy much more energetic!!!

🫣 The only time this DOES NOT work is when you decide it won’t work in your head!!!!!!! You want to feel great or you want to not??? MAKE things work, find a way 🙌
