I was pretty pleased I qualified in the CrossFit open for the quarter finals 😍 fucking buzzing signed up, gave it a crack! 😜 I knew I wasn’t gonna move any mountains 😅 BUT pretty damn proud of myself 🫡

These were the only videos I got……..but as a run down over the 4 workouts……………

I hate burpee box jumps forever 😮‍💨🤪

I’m pretty proud I got 7 strict handstand push ups and my toes to bar are solid 🫡

I can snatch more than I thought and I love workouts that I can be analytical about 🤓

My barbell game needs work 🤣 but I cleaned 70kg and that’s a lot for this 65kg hobbit!!!!!! 👏 I failed 70kg above my head but it would have made a powerful push jerk 🤣 learn to split jerk Vicki!!!!! 😅

Me against me!! 🫡 enjoyed the experience!
