We put these pics together and her first response was “I still have a long way to go”………..YES we are striving for more always!!! BUT celebrate every single step and milestone!!!

THIS is hard work, commitment, dedication and resilience!!

She gets up and trains before anyone else opens their eyes, she does short sharp workouts I post into the tribe forum AT HOME, she EATS, she nurtures her body and now she is reaping the benefits!!!

THIS is ONLINE, no gym membership, no in person sessions, limited kit at home!!! There is ALWAYS a way. It is POSSIBLE even with the busiest, plate spinning life……you just have to want to and be coachable!!! 💪🏻🫡

I KNOW deep in my soul that taking a breath is the BEST thing for me, it reignites my 🔥 in my belly, it allows me space to get creative 📖 rest and rejuvenation makes my training better, my body looks and feels better for the sleep, chill and breath…………I am able to plan, I get excited for routine that perhaps I was sick of before I took the break……BUT WHY do we still fight it!!!? 🥊

We cannot be 100% ON IT 100% of the time……….i see women constantly quit on themselves because they cannot adhere to perfection and this “all or nothing” cycle takes over!!

I see completely CAPABLE badass women constantly QUIT on their health and fitness goals because they cannot do ALL IN!!!!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ opt for nothing because they are “too busy” or there is “too much on” 🤷🏻‍♀️ it makes zero sense at all…….

The secret 🤫 and the key 🔑??

FUCK UP at the beginning of the journey!! FUCK up as much as possible so you learn!! Get used to fucking up!! Get completely comfortable with it going wrong!! Be OK with 70%!! Be OK with some days being 20% because that’s all you have to give………….failure is INEVITABLE!! Problem we have now is EVERYONE wants to avoid it and take the “easy” route…………..

It’s hard to change behaviours. It’s hard to stand tall and be resilient, fail and keep going anyway. It’s hard to trust the process when you do not SEE the changes immediately (this instant gratification world we live in is TOXIC!) it’s hard to do what is right for you even if you do not want to!!!

I HATE stopping. I HATE resting 😅. Im not keen on failing either 😅. But I know these things are necessary for success to happen……….

😮 Women Are Numb To Themselves 😮

“Life” puts them bottom of the pile…….the job, the business, the kids, the home and the woman ends up NUMB and hopeless…………not knowing what they need, what makes them happy and NOT knowing themselves!!

‼️ Why do we not know ourselves, what we need, how to manage the shit we have to deal with on a monthly basis? Our cycle, “how” the weight went on, injury, pain, our hormones…………..because we constantly put EVERYONE and EVERYTHING else first………..

TRUTH. HARSH TRUTH. All of those things and people we put first at our expense get a WORSER version of YOU.

Over TIME, we sink deeper and deeper into a pit of unhappiness, our health suffers and it gets to ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! Everyone and everything else SUFFERS.

There are no quick fixes (there comes a trade off)

There is no magic wand (again, trade off!)

No one and nothing can do this for you (AGAIN, TRADE OFF)

We HAVE to recognise that we ARE IMPORTANT, it’s OK to invest in ourselves, it’s OK to take time to improve, it’s OK to take time out to take care of you!!! OUR HEALTH, fitness, strength, body and mind ARE our number ONE wealth!!
