🤷🏻‍♀️ I have zero ability to relax………my brain is 100mph alllll of the time and I could do with working on that……..

🤷🏻‍♀️ Muscle really is the answer to every single woman’s problems……..it really does start with you. If you feel like shit about your body, you get out of breath going up the stairs, you feel weak, you wake energy-less and lethargic everyday and have zero confidence in yourself and body then this will seep into EVERY area of your life.

🤷🏻‍♀️ EVERYONE should have therapy!!!

🤷🏻‍♀️ If we all invested in our health and fitness by getting a coach, the world would be a much nicer and happier place ♥️ direction, structure and purpose = happier people!!

🤷🏻‍♀️ Post 40 is a rollercoaster 🎢 of hormonal emotions 😅 the warnings are true. ⚠️

😮 I am “off work” now for a month!!! 😮 I say “off

😮 I am “off work” now for a month!!! 😮

I say “off work”…….what I mean by that is no face to face sessions. I am STILL very much online, having conversations, working with my tribe and creating!!

WHY?

👉 To plug myself in, recharge my empty battery 🪫 recover from 7 days a week, 14 hour days!! 🫩

👉 To spend time with my growing kids!! There are not many more summers they will want to be hanging out with me!!

👉 To BE and to enjoy life!! To take the foot 🦶 off the gas ⛽️

👉 To THINK, PLAN and get creative in my businesses…………..space to think, time to refresh and brain power to create!! I’m a creator and I need mental space to do that!!

👉 Clear my house out 🤗 I hate clutter, mess and dirt and I want to get on top of that!!!

So, if you want, I may bore you, I will document my month off!!! You can watch my batteries charge up 🔋

Then September. I have plans. Goals for the rest of the year and SO MANY ideas………I have a new programme launching and I am BUZZING to bring it 🤗
