THIS right here is what it’s all about!! It’s a bloody honour to support this human, she listens, takes action and does exactly what I tell her to do and exactly what she says she is going to do 🚀 so proud 🥹

“In 2017 I joined a group of students at my school to start training for the ride London, and this is where my passion for cycling began.

In fact it became a bit of an obsession. In 2018 I joined David Lloyd gym. Having no clue what to do I joined many different classes and was going 5/6 times per week.

I soon was becoming burnt out and tired by the end of the week.

Then COVID came and well.....

In 2021 my daughter suggested I look at Vicki's site and that was how I got to where I am now.

I train 4/5 times a week, but using workouts that are designed by Vicki for women.

The journey for me was not about losing weight but toning up. I did lose a stone initially and now I maintain.

I have learnt to get a balance in my life, meaning I see more of my family, still cycle and keep myself fit.

At 60 years old I can honestly say I am the strongest that I have ever been, have much more energy and love my body.

Thanks to Vicki I now know how to fuel my body, eating healthily most of the time and I damage control overindulgence. I have developed a good discipline muscle, love my strength training and KNOW this is me now”

DO NOT get dragged into the scales being the ONLY measure of progress!!

✅ The RIGHT training WILL build lean muscle………NOT big muscle……..lean muscle which = sculpted!!! Smaller!!!! Tighter!! Which means more confident!!

📸 Take pictures!!! Women’s weight fluctuates!!! The pictures tell the truth!!
Ps remember to NOT measure progress around your cycle!!

Here is the KEY part to this transformation so far………

🔑 CONSISTENCY!! It WINS every single time!!

This amazing lady is a part of my tribe, we have never met, she follows the principles I have laid out, she trains at home………you DO NOT need a shiny gym membership, you DO NOT need to go to classes to succeed, you DO NOT need someone to “shout at you” to make you do it……..

You just need to seek the help. Take the advice and take the action!!!

This amazing lady WANTED change. She did not want to feel like she was feeling anymore. She wanted to have more energy, more presence with the people she loves. And here she is smashing her goals!!

You do not have to believe you can achieve that end result but you do have to trust the process and be consistent to achieve what you never thought you could ❤️
