🤖 I have to work bloody hard too!! 🤖 I am just like YOU!!Just because I’m a trainer, it’s my job and I’ve been doing this 24 years, it DOES NOT mean it comes easy to me OR “I will never understand” 🤷🏻‍♀️ I understand more than you think……..I’ve been there. Done that. Got most of the t shirts……..👚 I’ve crash dieted, I’ve battled with myself, my body, my mind, I hated my body, loved my body, punished my body, given up on myself, emotionally ate, not ate, ate too much……you name it, I’ve been there, it’s my story, it’s got me to where I am TODAY! I’ve learnt. Changed. Learnt. Changed and over the years healed myself, I would say the last 4 years I have nailed it. But even for me. It’s taken time. Discipline building. Consistency. Resilience and HARD WORK!! Just because I look the way I do, train the way I do, focus the way I do………..it’s taken hard work!!! It has NOT come easy! I have had to invest time and money into myself and do the daily work!! I DO UNDERSTAND.
