❌ No training to the beat of the music

❌ No dancing around a room with an instructor at the front

❌ Very little variation!!

❌ No gimmicks

❌ No press play routines to follow……

✔️ Consistency over everything else. I don’t care if you “do not like” training at home. If that’s where it gets done. That’s where it gets done. You want muscle. Or you do not!!

Building muscle and getting in shape is NOT sexy, it’s not pretty, it’s not ticking off that you have been to the gym or a class…….its work. It’s consistency. It’s doing what needs to be done.

There are NO shortcuts. Doing “something” will not just do.

You want results? Do what needs to be done 🫡 Most people think the can build muscle by doing a body pump class, a circuit of 3 sets of 12 on the gym machines but the reality is, it’s more than that. Get an expert. Learn and then execute 💪🏻

You won’t regret it. Get used to bored. Get used to making yourself do things you do not want to do. The magic on the other side will blow your mind 💪🏻
