💜 Im Not Here For Quick Fixes……….💜

When I first started in the industry (a long nearly 22 years ago!!) I thought I needed to just help everyone!

If they wanted to lose a stone in 2 weeks I would do everything in my power to try and help them achieve that.

If someone came in with a photo and said “I want to look like this” I genuinely would go home and plan how I thought they could achieve it.

Fast forward…………..⏩

NOW!! I’m not here for that shit! 🤨

💜 Im here for lifelong change, educating for long term sustainable results that’s right for THAT person, NEVER overlooking mindset and striving for those goals no one gets to see.

💜 Changing someone’s body is the easy part for me, if they do what I tell them to, their body WILL change and change more than they ever thought it could! It’s the other stuff that lights me up and that’s a massive challenge! We want TRANSFORMATIONS inside and out!

💜 My approach isn’t for everyone, that’s cool 👌🏼

💜 I’m here for RESULTS!!! I am manifesting my people into my life DAILY to help them get the results they deserve.

💜 I will always say it as it is. I do NOT take excuses lightly and I WILL call you out on them. I will not stroke you and let you off the hook, I will push you to want more from yourself and I KNOW that it’s always done with love and the want of your goals to be achieved possibly more than you do at the beginning 😜

I hear women constantly talking about C25K and excessively boring bouts of time on the cross trainer or recumbent bike 😬😬🙄 it makes me squirm inside a little because I KNOW they could be making a much better use of their time………..which to be honest we are all poor of soooo let’s use it wisely!! 🫡

2️⃣ Body shape! Resistance training changes your body shape, “tones” you up and makes you FEEL more confident in your skin

6️⃣ LONGEVITY!!! That old lady bod needs you!!!! 🫡 if you want to grow older out of pain and discomfort and full of life then bloody lift the weights!!!!! Muscle wins!!!
