Plan fun workouts TOGETHER. Kids LOVE to move, yes, it may be chaos to begin with but they learn quick!! Home workouts WORK for busy mums! They may join in, they may watch TV for half hour while you get it done, they may just play around you…whichever one it is, remember it’s teaching them that exercise is NORMAL!!! Normalise it so that they do the same when they grow up! 2. Educate them! Teach them about why you are eating heaps of protein! Teach them why you need to get all your greens in. Teach them why you are fueling your body regularly and what it does for you. I KNOW for sure I DO NOT want my kids learning this diet culture!! 3. Teach them DISCIPLINE. Teach them how to prioritise themselves NOW! How hard is it when you are an adult?!Tell them EXACTLY why you are going to take time for YOURSELF to train! Teach them that you are putting yourself first so you can be the best for them!! It WILL be SO beneficial to the people they will become as adults!
