🤯 Sometimes you have to trust the process……… How

🤯 Sometimes you have to trust the process………

How am i going to fit the workouts in?

How will I fit this all in?

How can I do it all!!!

We can get in our heads 🤯 about the “how’s” and sometimes we just have to plan, trust the process and DO, even at 50%!!!!

If we spent as much energy DOING what needs to be done rather than worrying about HOW it can be done we would be far more successful!

😖 Shit happens. We carry on, even at 20%

😖 EVERYONE is busy, not just you, even the ones that are successful!!

😖 You WILL have shit weeks…..accept it, carry on.

😖 You WILL have thoughts most of the time NOT wanting to do the workout or prep the food. This is normal. Athletes feel this too. Get on with it.

😖 FEELING SHIT is MORE painful than DOING THE WORK!!!

You have a choice.

Action OR continue to start again, again and again.

Today is a new day to decide you WILL ♥️
