“You have to spend hours working out, in a gym, to see results.” ❌

Incorrect!!

You do not need much kit of any to begin with!

Short, intense, well written programmes executed consistently at home WORKS!!

Training at home, in the very short spaces of time you have is GREAT…IF you are following something that works!!

If training is new to you OR you genuinely struggle to get consistency with it, just try 10 mins 4 x a week whilst the kids eat their dinner…I promise you results will come

My tribe is FULL of women making it work with home workouts written and designed by me to get the most bang for buck in short spaces of time! Some use the gym programmes but NONE of them spend hours in there…

STOP using “no time” as your recurring excuse! We ALL (even if we do not like to believe it to be true) have 10-15 mins in a day to move our bodies!!

This INCREDIBLE lady lost herself, we were patient, we knew that the right time to reset would come and HERE WE ARE!! 🤩🤩🤩💥

This is what we planned to help her get back on track:

Let’s be real—taking care of your health can sometimes feel like one more thing on your never-ending to-do list.

Work, kids, errands... and now I’m supposed to work out and eat healthy too?!

It’s no wonder so many of us fall into the trap of seeing our health as just another chore.

But here’s the thing: your health isn’t a punishment or an obligation. It’s a privilege.

When we shift our mindset from “I have to work out” to “I get to move my body,” everything changes.

Exercise isn’t about burning calories or earning your meals—it’s about feeling strong, energized, and capable in your everyday life.

It’s about showing up for yourself in the same way you show up for everyone else.

What if you stopped seeing healthy meals as boring and restrictive and instead as a way to fuel your amazing body?

Your health isn’t about perfection. It’s about small, consistent steps that make you feel good—steps that honor the life you want to live.

When you stop seeing your health as a chore, you’ll realize it’s not about what you lose—it’s about what you gain: confidence, energy, and a life that feels truly yours.

STOP spending hours in the gym!!! 🫣

And STOP thinking if you do not train for 2 hours in the gym you will not achieve what you want to achieve!!

Ps. if you want more honest posts like this, you’re gonna want to follow me 👋

“Most” women are time poor.

“Most” women are trying to spin a thousand plates…

Add in travelling to the gym, working out, getting childcare etc into the mix of working out is overwhelming…

Throw in a sick kid, getting home late, partner getting home late…you don’t attend the gym for 3 weeks running = lack of consistency = starting again ALL OVER AGAIN!! 🙄

18 minutes at home whilst the kids eat dinner, 15 minutes once the kids are in bed BEFORE you watch Netflix, 20 minutes whilst the kids have device time (OMG what a badddd parent…..🙄) = CONSISTENCY!! Something you can sustain which essentially GETS RESULTS!!

Even better - following well written periodised programming!! Basically you do what is set for you to do by an expert = even better fast tracked results!!!!!!!

🚀 it’s not rocket science and can be easy!!!!

1% better!!!

ALL IN does not work!!!

Having a gym membership WILL NOT be the magic wand to fix you!!!
