How long can we say tomorrow, this week, next week? 🤷🏻‍♀️How long can we say “when things get better”? 🤷🏻‍♀️How long can we blame work, family or busyness? 🤷🏻‍♀️At some point we have to say enough is enough right? Take action on how we feel and ask for help!? What happens if we don’t? 10 Years pass and we regret not doing something sooner? 😬We get a scare? Scared into starting because we think “nothing bad” would ever happen to our health and then it does? (More regret!!) I think we live in a nation where we find every excuse to NOT do what we say we are gonna do 🤷🏻‍♀️ and that essential leads to unhappiness, failure and a lack of integrity!!!! We become experts in excuses and NOT doing rather than the other way round! THIS IS A PROBLEM 🛑 How do I start? How do I get going? The truth is you have to DO IT!!!
