👉🏻 I struggle to switch off……….I KNOW deep in my soul that taking a breath is the BEST thing for me, it reignites my 🔥 in my belly, it allows me space to get creative 📖 rest and rejuvenation makes my training better, my body looks and feels better for the sleep, chill and breath…………I am able to plan, I get excited for routine that perhaps I was sick of before I took the break……BUT WHY do we still fight it!!!? 🥊 We cannot be 100% ON IT 100% of the time……….i see women constantly quit on themselves because they cannot adhere to perfection and this “all or nothing” cycle takes over!!I see completely CAPABLE badass women constantly QUIT on their health and fitness goals because they cannot do ALL IN!!!!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ opt for nothing because they are “too busy” or there is “too much on” 🤷🏻‍♀️ it makes zero sense at all…….The secret 🤫 and the key 🔑?? FUCK UP at the beginning of the journey!! FUCK up as much as possible so you learn!! Get used to fucking up!! Get completely comfortable with it going wrong!! Be OK with 70%!! Be OK with some days being 20% because that’s all you have to give………….failure is INEVITABLE!! Problem we have now is EVERYONE wants to avoid it and take the “easy” route…………..It’s hard to change behaviours. It’s hard to stand tall and be resilient, fail and keep going anyway. It’s hard to trust the process when you do not SEE the changes immediately (this instant gratification world we live in is TOXIC!) it’s hard to do what is right for you even if you do not want to!!! I HATE stopping. I HATE resting 😅. Im not keen on failing either 😅. But I know these things are necessary for success to happen……….Im not your average trainer or coach. I’m not counting your calories, giving you macros to follow, prescribing regimented routines you cannot stick to, I’m not interested in you getting results for an event then for you to quit, I want to change YOU.
