‼️ F**K Up At Exactly The Same Time Every Month ‼️Like clockwork? Feel lethargic, want to quit, hate on yourself??? I am flabbergasted that women DO NOT know when their period is 🤷🏻‍♀️Flabbergasted that women do NOT know what happens on their cycle!!!!!!!Why do we not get to know ourselves???? Once you know more you can work with it and not get rail roaded every single damn month!!!!!! ✔️ Track your cycles - make notes, what happens, are there any patterns? Write it down!! See if it happens every month! This is for women WITH periods AND women that are on a pill that stops them!!! Pay attention to you!!✔️ Make NO DECISIONS 7 days before and for 2 days of your period!! NONE!! Put it on hold!!!!!!!!! It’s remarkable how different you can feel in just 9 days 😅😅😅 ✔️ Be grateful for periods and bleeding!! It’s a superpower, it’s how we know if we are alright or not!!!!!!!! 🩸 Learning your cycle and your hormonal patterns is a game changer and WILL be the difference between succeeding and not!! Pay attention!!! ‼️Remember; YOU are important. YOU deserve time and energy. YOU can be selfish with your time. YOU can decide to ask for help so you have time for YOU. You got this ♥️#periods #cycletracking #periodsarecool #femalesuperpowers #naturalcycles ...
