🤬 I deserve that glass of wine (your body deserves to feel shite the next day? Lethargic? Energy less? What does it really bring you!!)

🤬 Life is too short…..(life is too short to NOT be saying NO to these fuck it moments!!! Life is too short to not making great choices about your health!)

🤬 It’s just one day, I will start again tomorrow…….(this is a vicious cycle that embeds as a habit, putting off, avoiding and using the same excuse to allow you to make the wrong choice!)

Those innocent FUCK IT moments are keeping you stuck!!! It’s never just one day, it happens far too often, they become habit, the let you off quitting on yourself BUT they are holding you back!!

I STRUGGLE TOO!

We are both VERY disciplined people. Yet, this was the first ice bath in weeks. WHY? Life! 🤷🏻‍♀️ it happens to us all!!

It’s been a stressful time for numbers of reasons and yep, I came last for a while…….does that mean I have failed? I need to quit ice bathing for good?

NO. It means RESET.

And that. Is OK! It feels shit. I questioned ever doing it again 😅 BUT I know, it’s part of my routine, it brings great things to my life and I just need to show myself this again.

I see women ALL the time have a bad spell, then quit!! 😮‍💨 understand this……bad times are part of the journey. Having to reset is a skill you MUST learn or you will continuously be starting from scratch (no one wants that)

So, the ice bathing journey goes on. This felt like shit!!! It hurt! But it will get better again.

Resetting is hard. Going backwards and feeling like shit is harder.

Stating again is hard. Getting worse is harder.

Pick yourself up. Dust yourself off. Let’s go 💪🏻
