🤯 HOW ‼️HOW TF do I work full time, have multiple children that do EVERYTHING, a home, friends, a partner, husband or wife AND train, food prep and take care of myself??? 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯The truth is……….👉🏻 IT WILL NOT BE PERFECT ALL THE TIME ‼️ if you train in a gym, you will have to be prepared to train at home with limited space and equipment sometimes. If you do not train at all, your kitchen, front room or garden is sufficient!! We DO NOT need the perfect space and equipment to be successful……..a lot of people just think they do……..the shiny machines, the “headspace” out of the house (all good if you can get out and CONSISTENTLY) and the 1-2 hour training sessions (some of my hardest sessions are 12 mins from start to finish!!) 👉🏻 Who do you want to be in your older age? Serious Q!! Because how you treat yourself NOW determines that…….read that again……👉🏻 There is ALWAYS a way. Get some help. Find someone that can create this solution, you won’t have the brain power to do it yourself. 👉🏻 It may take longer than you want. Yep the “fads” and “aids” seem tempting (soooo convenient!) and yep FAST WEIGHT LOSS (not fat loss) BUT it’s fast for a reason. It’s crash dieting!! Health, strength, fitness and fat loss takes TIME!!! 🕰️ sometimes alot of time BUT long term GAIN!!! Online works for BUSY plate spinning women. You just have to find the right one and be coachable enough for it to work.My ladies are time poor. I mean TIME POOR……they need online 🤷🏻‍♀️ they do what I tell them to 🤷🏻‍♀️ they are consistent (no missing 3 weeks of training because work and life got busy!!) and they focus on the long game…………There are so many options……..Continued in captions…. ...
