Sam is my Team titans business partner (kids functional fitness), my training partner and a committed, passionate personal trainer like myself.

Our plan is to facilitate these 90 days TOGETHER……….Vicki providing the plans and Sam providing the inspiration, motivation and tough love to succeed within the WhatsApp groups (plus optional 1-1’s if you wanted the extra add on help)

⭐️ How the new man masterplan will work…….

⭐️ An in depth ebook with home training programmes, 90 days of training programming laid out for you to follow and nutritional principles that work including recipes and a food plan

⭐️ Private WhatsApp group managed fully, no robots, no being left to your own devices

⭐️ Accountability check in’s, you will be required to submit stats weekly, submit your weekly training and to be present and accountable in the group

⭐️ Option to up-level with 1-1 or small group sessions (extra cost, location dependant on where you are, these sessions can be remote via zoom)

This is NEW to me, I want to trial how the plan works with 2 of us leading……..we want to hold your hand remotely through this……
