😍 Small, Private, 1-1 Studio…….where transformations are made, secrets are told, confidence is built, bodies get strong, tears, laughter, frustrations and joy…………I have been in the fitness industry 24 years 😯 I have committed myself, made sacrifices and “worked” like a trojan to build the most incredible thing ♥️ My 1-1 studio, my transformation tribe 💜, my small group conditioning classes and Bootcamps I transform peoples lives as a “job” 🤷🏻‍♀️ I get to guide, support and educate people 😍 I help people find themselves again, smile and get their buzz back!! 🥹 it’s so cool! Being a personal trainer is MORE than being a personal trainer. I am the most experienced one I know!!! 😜 Results are much more than a good plan and some training. You have to get into people’s brains. Learn how they work. They have to trust you, trust your principles. They have to be a little scared of you in a very respectful loving way 😜 they have to want to do something for you, they want that gold star ⭐️ Sometimes I forget to remember how vital what I do is! The people I have helped through the hardest times of their lives. Given them a purpose. A distraction. A plan. 💜 The transformation tribe is 9 years old in September 😯 what a 9 years it has been………all the highs and ALL the lows……it’s special, I still have to pinch myself that I get to support women alllll over the country, I’ve built relationships (no fucking AI robot 🤖 ones!! Real ones!) become part of families and I continue to help hundreds of women believe that CAN!!!!!! 24 years and counting. I considered stepping away numerous times (especially in the last year!!) but it really would be incredibly selfish of me!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ people need me. I have a mission and it never ends. Search out your PT wisely. They will be way more than your PT if you pick the right one 💜PS did I tell you all I have a puppy??
