I’m 100% having to tell myself this at the moment!! Anyone else??

Life is busy! Relentless? 😮‍💨 BUT this doesn’t mean we STOP doing the things that make us feel alive!!!

We are NEVER too busy to take care of our health. It’s totally ok to slow down, do what is necessary to tick over with your health, fitness and goals when feeling overwhelmed and overloaded BUT it’s not ok to stop!

1% better everyday WORKS! Before you know it, it’s 12 months on and you are sooooo much further forward than 12 months before! Remarkably so!!! ⭐️

That ALL IN or ALL OUT mentality does NOT work! It keeps you failing time and time again! It holds you back from the true success you are capable of!

Can’t fit 1 hour of training in? Do 10 minutes! Consistently! For a long period of time! You WILL be further forward!! ⭐️

Mental fitness, being able to manage busy, tough times and your health and fitness is the ultimate goal, success at this and you succeed for life! ⭐️

There will NEVER EVER be a right time to start, you just have to START and take each day as it comes, the wins, the frustrations, the failures, it all is part of the journey!

It’s that time of year in my tribe!

I REFUSE to hear “it’s nearly Xmas” as an excuse as to why we give up on our goals!!

I REFUSE to hear “I will start again in January”

There is PLENTY of time left in 2024 to achieve!! PLENTY of time to get ahead before 2025 starts!!

I’m definitely in my “NO BULL SHIT” era………my passion is helping women succeed at finding their very very best version of themselves……..it’s takes discipline, determination, perseverance and listening to a coach and executing to fast track your journey………..

“CHOOSE YOUR HARD”

For me, getting up before everyone else, getting the workouts done even when I don’t want to, eating well, prioritising my health, investing in my health is hard…………feeling miserable, unhealthy and lethargic with illness is HARDER!!
