🤩 “it’s been 13 years since I wore a bikini” 🤩This incredible lady is an “x athlete” (she is still very much an athlete to me!!) She lost herself, pregnancy, childbirth, business, life!!! A year ago she reached out and here we are today…….A “new” season of her life. Post 40, hormonal change, less time………one year on, she follows her tribe programmes consistently (with F ups of course!!), she follows the nutritional principles and she dropped heaps of weight and fat………….Change! She adapted, let me coach her and here she is!!
